I have a contract on this building:) i will close on July 29th and start the remodeling process. when i viewed it this time, a year after the first, i got nervous. not only b/c of the outflow of cash... but realizing the scope of this job was big and that coupled with my desire to create something spectacular and beautiful, will be a challenge. this project will possibly my biggest and last... the old body needs to move on from this form of destruction. it will most definitely be my most important and most heart felt, a present and future dedication to my dad. so here are some before pics. stay tuned to watch the transformation, and if you want to come hang out in a beautiful part of southern colorado and help. bring it on!
